I would like to use bragg's acv this year for pickling and canning this year. I can't have distilled vinegar, because it's too acid forming in my body, so I wonder if this is a good alternative, and if it will work for canning.

Sun, May 11, 2008 - 12:28 PMIt does definitely affect flavor as ACV has a strong and distinct taste and aroma. you might try a few small tests before putting up a lot of stuff.
